With the rush of everyday life we can sometimes forget to feel this....thankful that is. Thanksgiving is fast approaching and I am pondering about the TOP TEN things I am thankful for this season.
ONE - I am thankful for the normalcy my husband has brought into my life and the random acts of kindness he bestows upon me. I am one lucky girl to have such an amazing husband like him.
TWO - I am thankful for the joy and happiness my kids make me feel everyday. They make life all worth living for.
THREE - I am thankful for the Norwood's for inviting our family over for Thanksgiving (it means I got out of making the Turkey and Ham yet another year).
FOUR - I am thankful for having an abundance of scrapbooking products because it means I can continue to create pages for family to enjoy and for others to be inspired by. Thank you Sweet Peach, Scrapmatts, BlueMoonScrapbooking and all you other companies who have sent product my way. I am very humbled by your generosity.
FIVE - I am thankful for having a huge group of girls on my design teams to help me inspire others. You girls rock BIG time!
SIX - I am thankful for my newest IRL (in real life) friend, Lesilee. We've hung out repeatedly since we met about a month ago and have talked for hours on end. It feels so great to be able to enjoy Mommy time with another Mom who just gets it.
SEVEN - I am thankful for Facebook. I hate talking on phones and Facebook keeps me connected to my family and friends in a time productive way. Even though I don't post much about my daily doings I am always reading up on yours and it makes me feel much closer to everyone.
EIGHT - I am thankful for house guests and visitors because you people motivate me to keep my house clean and be a better housewife.
NINE - I am thankful for the lady at the department store the other day who attempted to steal a top (but forgot to take the tag off the shirt first). She made me realize that it's far better to be an honest person instead and to be grateful enough to be able to afford to buy any new clothing at all (even if my clothes shopping is based upon the mere sale racks).
TEN - I am thankful for all of you blog readers who are interested enough in what I share to follow me and leave me comments every once in awhile. It gives me such a warm feeling inside knowing that someone out there is reading what I write and admiring what I make.
With that said...
Here are 3 new creations I've made using the November kits from Sweet Peach...
THANKFUL
I managed to fit in 3 different challenges with this one layout. I applied different elements from both a November Pagemaps sketch and a sketch from Nuts About Sketches (week 136) and I used the November word (Thankful) from Paper Secrets for my title.
Here are the 2 sketches I gathered inspiration from...

p.s. I'm announced as a DT Member over at Sweet Peach today. Please go on over and give a hoot!

We don't celebrate Thanksgiving in Sweden, but I still have tons of things to be thankful for - maybe I should do a list of my own?
